FLEXI ACE - Study Options

Distance Learning- This means you study via a 'correspondence system'. The College send you the course material and assessment tasks, you complete them and return them either by post or email. It's ideal if you're in a remote area and not confident enough yet to navigate your way around an online learning system.

Face-to-face- Probably the most popular form of training. ACE NC Community Colleges provides face to face training anywhere we have enough students wanting to learn in the same place at the same time.  That may be at your workplace, at a suitable venue close by, or within easy reach of where you live. Workplace- Workplace training takes several forms and is often a blend of a number of ACE NC Community Colleges delivery options. Workplace training is generally organised by your employer to provide opportunities for staff to obtain improved qualifications or to re-skill for a particular role. If you would like to know if ACE North Coast Community College has any courses in the pipe line with your employer please send us an enquiry, or alternatively speak with your employer about training in your organisation. Your employer may be pleasantly surprised to find out about funding options we might have available for organisations in the community services industry.

Online- If you have access to a computer, you have access to ACE NC Community Colleges online programs. They’re easy to use, innovative and most of all they are a lot of fun.  Online options allow you to study at your own pace with access to your own personal trainer/assessor to support you through your study program. Blended- Blended programs are just that—blended. This is where you will find the greatest flexibility. ACE Community College is as flexible as you need, we are here to make your training experience as satisfying as possible. You can mix and match various delivery methods to fit with your personal needs and your schedule.
