This VETAB accredited & nationally recognised course deals with the skills & knowledge required for extracting and serving espresso, using a commercial espresso machine, foaming milk correctly, knowing the different coffees on the menu, correctly storing coffee, and cleaning & maintaining machinery. Learning the intricacies and subtle skills to consistently produce a perfect expresso or a smooth, creamy latte or cappuccino takes time and requires a genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm to learn.
