ABC Cake Decorating
This professional level course is a good foundation on which to build a cake decorating career. Topics covered include: covering a cake, making royal icing, piping base & side borders, piped flowers, simple embroidery, calligraphy, floodwork pictures and other simple decorating techniques. You will need to purchase a kit of equipment and materials from the tutor. The cost of the kit is $100. It will be possible to go on to do a sugar floral art course next term.
