Computers for Absolute Beginners
Starting from scratch find out how computers can be of use in your life and enable you to have hours of fun. This popular course is designed for those with no (or almost no) knowledge of computers. You will learn how to turn them on & off, to understand basic jargon and about the features of Windows. You will also learn the basics of Internet use, emailing, sending attachments (pictures) by email and about saving your pictures & documents where you can easily find them again. If you own a notebook, bring it along.

Learn how to transfer your digital photographs from your digital camera to the computer and where to save them for easy location. Learn how to install photo editing software and then use it for basic editing such as cropping out unwanted parts. Learn also how to change your photos to a smaller size suitable for sending through email. This course covers, in simple terms, the basics of managing your photos in your computer.
