TAA 'Enterprise Trainer and Assessor' (Module 1)
This set of units covers the essentials of training and assessment and is for those aiming to work in a Registered Training Organisation or enterprise auspiced by a Registered Training Organisation. You will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency:- TAADEL301C Provide Training Through Instruction and Demonstration of Work Skills; TAAENV401B Work Effectively in Vocational Education and Training; TAAASS401C Plan and Organise Assessment; TAAASS402C Assess Competence; TAAASS404B Participate in Assessment Validation. Please note the days of attendance are Mondays and Tuesdays, 8,9,15,16,22,23 February.

TAA 'Professional Development for Frontline Trainers' (Module 2)
This module provides professional development for those working as frontline trainers. It builds upon the Enterprise Trainer and Assessor Module, with skills in facilitating classroom or workplace training. You will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following units, contributing towards a Certificate IV Training and Assessment qualification:- TAAENV402B Foster and Promote an Inclusive Learning Culture, TAAENV403B Ensure a Healthy and Safe Learning Environment, TAADEL402B Facilitate Group-based Learning, TAADEL403B Facilitate Individual Learning, TAADEL404B Facilitate Work-based Learning. Please note that attendance is required for Monday and Tuesday 1,2,8,9,March. Students who cannot be observed in their workplace environment will be required to attend 15,16 March.

Training & Assessment IV (TAA40104 - Bridging Class)
Holders of the old Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, with evidence of currency, can upgrade to the new Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) by completing training and assessment activities from Modules 2 and 3 only. Prerequisites: Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (BSZ40198). Original Certificate to be brought in or double-sided copy witnessed by a JP. This course will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays. Dates for the bridging course are: 1,2,8,9,15,16,22,23,29,30 March.

TAADES401B Use Training Packages to Meet Client Needs, TAADES402B Design and Develop Learning Programs, TAADEL401B Plan and Organise Group-based Delivery, TAAASS403B Develop Assessment Tools.
