A demonstrated knowledge of OH&S and IT is a requirement of this qualification. This module covers the OH&S and IT units as well as the communication and customer service components of the course. Units covered are:

This module covers the essential daily bookkeeping tasks required to enable a business to track its financial performance and to fulfil its accounting obligations. It contains the industry specific components of the Certificate III qualification, as follows:

FNSICGEN305B Maintain daily financial business records
FNSICACC301B Administer accounts payable
FNSIC303B Prepare, match and process receipts
FNSICACC304B Prepare and bank receipts
BSBADM308A Process payroll
FNSICACC307B Reconcile and monitor accounts receivable.
