This two hour information session is for mandatory reporters and provides an overview of the Keep Them Safe initiative. The session will provide information about the background to the initiative, the key changes to child protection in NSW and a briefing about the reforms that have commenced, as well as those planned over the next twelve months. The information session is not training in child protection but a briefing about Keep Them Safe, with the purpose of introducing the context and concepts of what will change for people and organisations working with vulnerable children, young people and families in NSW.
