Develop Keyboarding Skills
Polish up your touch typing skills and give yourself a great edge in a highly competitive market. This course is based on a combination of classroom attendance and take home practice. A Typequick USB Flash Drive is provided, as well as exercises, assignments and tutor support by email. Classroom attendance is required for the first, third and fifth weeks and for the final test one month later. Upon successful completion, a statement of speed and accuracy in accordance with Australian Standard 2708:2001 will be issued. Students will also be issued with a Statement of Attainment for BSBITU307A Develop Keyboarding Speed and Accuracy. This unit forms part of Certificate III in Business Administration and can be used as a credit towards this nationally recognised industry qualification.

An introduction to the Mind Your Own Business accounting package - Version 18. Learn the features of this financial software package, including GST and Payroll. PC, mouse and keyboarding skills required. Double entry bookkeeping experience is recommended. Price includes cost of a manual. The first three sessions will be held 17,24 and 31 March.
