These popular Thai meals are so quick and simple to put together you don't have to spend hours in the kitchen. Course dishes include: Tom Kha Gai (Chicken in Coconut Soup with Herbs), Thai Sweet 'n' Sour & Stir-Fried Red Curry Paste. Picture Framing Workshop
This workshop gives you the chance to have a go at hands-on picture framing in a professional picture framer's studio. Learn the techniques of mat cutting, glass cutting and picture framing. Come along and gain some new skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Bring a selection of items - photos, cards, certificates, paintings, etc - to frame. Most materials for framing will be supplied but there may be extra material costs depending on your choice of work to be framed. Indian Winter Special
North Indian cuisine is distinguished by the proportionally high use of dairy products; milk, paneer (ricotta cheese), ghee (clarified butter), and dahi (yogurt) are all common ingredients. Gravies are typically dairy-based. Other common ingredients include chilies, spices and nuts. North Indian cooking features the use of the "tawa" (griddle) for baking flat breads like roti and paratha; "tandoor" (a large and cylindrical coal-fired oven) for baking breads such as naan, and tandoori roti.
