    Step into the world of Auslan with this introductory course. Not only will you learn how to communicate with deaf people using Auslan, you will discover it to be a fascinating language and culture in its own right. You'll learn fingerspelling, sign words and signing with facial expressions. After pairwork practice and activities, you will work in small groups to develop a short story in Auslan using all that you have learned. This story will be presented to the whole group in the final class.
