Do the words themselves bring you out in a sweat? Don't panic! This course is about fun as well as fitness. The inner athlete lurking inside every couch potato will be gently coaxed out with a weekly range of warm ups, stretches and exercises. There'll also be a different focus every week, starting with an assessment of each participant's preferred event then moving on to running-based events, jumping and throwing, and the final "medal" session. Get fit and fabulous! There's no age limit, but as always, if you haven't exercised for years or have any health issues, check it out with your doctor first.- Tutor
