Breathing Well - Living Well
How to use your breath to free up energy and clear subconscious patterns, to create living well on all levels. During the training, participants learn the yogic and modern approaches to breathwork designed to achieve wellness and clarity on all levels, as well as some secrets of longevity through breath itself.
